Can Eat Dairy Again!
I’ve had trouble digesting Dairy for a few years now. Had one of these before eating cheese and I haven’t had any problems such as Bloating, Wind, Diarrhoea. Amazing.

No colon cleanse occurred
I haven't been able to eat ice cream for at least 3 years without having a colon cleanse a hour later. When I heard about pills that can help allow you to eat and drink dairy I looked it up and bought these. I bought a carton of vanilla beam ice cream to see if they work. Now my dad said that I could have just tried them by drinking milk. My response was if I am going to see if these work then I am trying them with ice cream. If they don't work at least I will have had ice cream. I decided to try it at 1:30 in the afternoon just in case it doesn't work. If it doesn't my colon will be cleansed in time for dinner. I got a small glass and but 2 scoops of vanilla beam ice cream in it. I said a prayer and took 2 of the pills just for extra protection. That first scoop of ice cream was divine. I never thought I would taste ice cream again. I devoured the rest of it and went and sat on the couch and waited. An hour goes by and nothing happens, not even a rumble in my tummy. It is now 7:21 pm and no colon cleanse occurred. I just ordered the 96 pack and I can't wait to eat more ice cream.
