Expensive but excellent. Well-defined patterns. Filling is fiddly. Useful handles.
Very expensive but well-made. Be extra careful of the exterior in case it could be easily scratched. Good non-stick: I had no problem unmoulding*. It's small (3.5 USA cup capacity). It'd feel fiddly to make such a small amount of batter so for my first go I made my normal batter quantity then filled this tin and the Nordic Ware heritage bundtlette pan (4 USA cup capacity). Because the cavities are small and have a central protruding cone, I had to use a teaspoon to almost-fill them, and towards the end the batter had thickened. The pan handles help with manoeuvring and offer hanging storage. It's a pretty pan, looks good on the kitchen wall. The cakelets come out with clearly defined geometric lines. The cute square cakelets are my favourites and seem to be the most popular. I've asked Nordic Ware to consider making a 6-cavity square bundtlette pan. Use and care instructions are on the reverse side of the cardboard wrapper, plus a recipe. Instructions warn against cleaning with abrasives, which I assume means no dishwashering. To wash by hand, a brush with a small head is a good idea for the nooks and crannies. * This worked: Coated liberally with baking spray. Oven 170 degrees (but preheated to 190) for 23 minutes, cooled in the tin for 10 minutes.

I haven’t used this yet but looking forward to doing so. I just wish there was more than 6. These will be nice with my small cookouts with my girls. I may order another one soon. Very sturdy and good quality. Happy with purchase.

De acordo, com a minha experiência: •Usei spray desmoldante nas formas; •Antes de retirar os bolinhos, deixei a forma esfriar. No meu caso: de 15 a 20 minutos.
