I purchased this sling for a patient recovering from a stroke that left his right arm paralyzed. We needed something that could be applied one-handed, provided solid support, and helped reduce shoulder pain due to subluxation — and this sling has delivered on all fronts. At first glance, it might seem a little complex, but with a bit of practice, my patient was able to put it on independently using his non-affected hand. That alone makes it a great option for people with limited mobility or hemiplegia. The sling comes with a helpful instructional video that demonstrates three different ways to wear it depending on the user’s needs and comfort. That was a big plus, especially for someone who may not have a caregiver available at all times. In terms of function, it provides excellent shoulder joint support and helps prevent that painful pulling sensation caused by arm weight and poor positioning. The material is lightweight, breathable, and comfortable enough for extended wear. Amazing! The hospital gave us something similar for our 5 year old but it was basically a tied piece of cloth and it started to get dirty after about a week. We tried traditional slings and they wouldn’t stay put because she has a full arm cast. This one is so easy to use and she says it’s very comfortable! Perfect fit because you can change the size! Holds her arm much better than the hospital one as well! Very impressed!

A little tricky to figure out but works well. After shoulder surgery and out of the sling, I just needed something I could throw in my work bag for when my arm gets tired.

I couldn’t wear this when I first got it, because I needed support spread over the length of my arm to support my broken wrist. The pressure on my wrist by the strap was too painful. But, since the surgeon set the bones and put a hard splint on my wrist to keep them in place, I can now wear it. The other slings I’ve tried chafe my neck terribly, but not this one; I’m delighted with it! It’s soft and cushioned, and easy to maneuver. Best thing is, no more rubbing my neck raw!

Sling is versatile. It can be worn in different ways and fastener can be hooked to sling at various points. The sling material is comfortable. The problem is the outside of the fasteners are very scratchy, and very irritating to the skin. The outside of the fastener should be covered in a soft material. This would make it a five star product.

Originally bought a mesh shower sling for the shower and that worked really well but now that we are further along this one is easier to put on and off and works really well. The velcro is sturdy and easily adjustable. You do have the ability to swing you arm out a little bit more so it's helpful to be ready for that in your recovery. Makes it easier to wash the arm than the mesh shower sling but the mesh shower sling was good for the early days as you felt more secure in it as far as immobility is concerned. This one allows a little more access to your arm and underarm and easier to put on overall. It dries overnight so it is not wet for the next shower.

It work as intended and offers relief from the structured sling hospital provided. It simple enough to figure out as pictures are not as helpful. Velcro holds, fabric is soft well and im glad I purchased!

Used for a broken collarbone. It was comfortable and easy to put on. The material was good quality and the velcro had a strong grip. Highly recommend.

Excelente calidad, resistente al maltrato y mal olor

I had to use a collar and cuff sling as my arm had to hang my arm/ shoulder in traction for seven weeks to allow 3 fractured displaced bones to move into place. The cushioning and flexibility of this sling - for me to change positions and sometimes have my sling not hanging on my neck but wrap around my back and still keep everything a hanging weight was invaluable. Also as a woman it allowed me the flexibility to adjust height and length perfectly. While never comfortable as it was traction, it was a comfortable soft, and incredibly stable sling. Now using it able to support my whole arm (no traction) it is really comfortable and I’m so glad we have it. It’s a great design, very well made, and while I’d switch out on very hot days to another collar and cuff sling sometimes this product honestly kept me sane during a brutal summer!!! Thank You! My one hack was adding KTape and then softer moleskin on the rough exterior velcro when it’s in the behind the back configuration as everything else is soft but it isn’t.
