She loved the story and said she couldn't wait for the next day when I would read her some more. Later that day I noticed that she was very quite and went to her room to check on her. She was laying on her bed re-reading the first three chapters. It was very cute hearing her sound out the words and I was very happy to see that she was doing it on her own. When I got home the next day from work she ran up to me saying "Daddy, Daddy I read the book all the way to Chapter 3!" She was so excited and it made my hear warm. I highly recommend this story to those of you that have children that like princesses and unicorns! When I am reading it to her she latterly gasps and laughs out loud at the exciting parts of the story. I just know this is a book that I will have to read many times in the future.... :) Review: Perfect for young kids. - Christmas present for child, enjoyed reading.

Great story for Children that love unicorns!
When I received this book I sat down with my 6 year old daughter and read her the first 3 chapters. She loved the story and said she couldn't wait for the next day when I would read her some more. Granddaughter's delight
I sent this book to my 7 year old granddaughter. She is quite advanced in her reading, but still is only 7. She loves this series of books. Unicorns for girls, what can be better, right? She is always asking for the next book in the series. She tells me that she "passes the test" about the book so she gets school credit for reading a book she enjoys. Best things about this book, she loves it and I look like a great Nana for sending them.

...but who is the bad guy?
My 6 year old daughter and I read this book. We both really enjoyed it, but I was left feeling a disappointed at the end. It’s a happy ending, but at no point do they talk about who the bad guy was?! Does this character just go on through other chapters? Do we ever find out? They talked about somebody dressed in all black with a mask. Who was it? I want to know? Is this addressed in other books?

It was a spectacular book which my daughter loves the adventure truly sprouted from the start of the first chapter giving an airy start with a amazing finish

My daughter loved the adventure! We had a great time reading this together and look forward to reading more. We especially liked the world they were part of and the fun they had. My daughter says: "I loved reading this with my mum, I liked the adventure, back story and it's great for my age group (8-9)."
