Better quality watercolor paints will granulate on paper better than others. But if you like a granulation effect in your watercolor paintings you can not go wrong using Winsor Newton Granulation Medium. It adds granulation to paints known not to granulate.

This medium is amazing! Especially when used with naturally granulating paints and plenty of water the results are spectacular! Would recommend to anyone who wants more texture in their watercolours!

Tja, ich finde man muss ser viel davon benutzen um eine granulierender effekt zu erschaffen. Ich würde da lieber granulierender Farbe kaufen. Es ist besser verwendbar mit Tinte als mit aquarell.

Apply with wet watercolour and let dry . Nice effect . Not as messy as applying salt - love it !!

Ottima granulazione

J'aime particulièrement l'utiliser avec les encres acryliques qui granulent à merveille ! Fonctionne aussi très bien avec la peinture aquarelle. Avec cette dernière il y a plusieurs façons de l'utiliser (jeter un oeil sur des vidéos) mais ma préférée est de faire écouler avec une pipette le medium de granulation sur l'aquarelle bien humide et un peu délavée (marche mieux) directement sur ma feuille.Quand même un peu cher car la bouteille risque de ne pas durer des mois !
