This is not a book. It's a medicine which heals our mind. I have seen myself as I was reading the book. This book has to be re-read continuously till our minds become free from negative thinking. I suggest this book for everybody irrespective of their religion. Whoever is in depression kindly buy this book and read. Thank god for using Joyce Meyer. God bless.

I recommend every person to read this book ..i personally changed and renewd my mind and way of thinking after reading this book ....today iam on more than half of the way to complete this book ....even at this part...which made me feel soo strong ...

The book has lot of real-life examples and relevant verses from the Bible. But, the size of the book and the font size is small. Able to read. But, a bigger book would have been nice. The small book may not be suitable for all types of readers.

Must buy for anyone struggling with their own thoughts, unable to think healthy thoughts.

I have to say that I haven't always been a Joyce Meyer fan. However, this book changed my opinion. It seemed to practical, down to earth and 'real'. I was challenged by some of her statements and ideas, but in a good way. It helped to unveil some of the errs in my thinking and to lead me more to more self-examination, thus deepening my relationship with the Lord. I read this at a time in my life when I was terribly sick, and found comfort and hope in hearing Joyce's story of her sickness and ultimate healing during pregnancy. I have since recommended this book to many friends and family, and as a result, the ladies' group at our church choose to study this book. All of the ladies who I have talked with seem to like it so far.
