Why did I receive bepanthol instead of bepanthen?

Hi, I have used it to treat my daughter’ s eczema.

May i know the full ingredients list. please

this is what I found on the bepanthen's website Ingredients: Aqua, Lanolin, Paraffinum liquidum, Petrolatum, Panthenol, Prunus amygdalus dulcis oil, Cera alba, Cetyl alcohol, Stearyl alcohol, Ozokerite, Glyceryl oleate, Lanolin alcohol. The formulation contains paraffin oil, petrolatum and almond oil which create a protective layer on the skin. We can confirm that the product contains a nut derived ingredient; the product contains Prunus amygdalus dulcis oil (sweet almond oil). Any allergy causing proteins of almond, should be removed during the ingredients refining process, however, we are unable to make any guarantee of this and are unable to recommend that the product is suitable for those with a nut allergy.

Is it sticky and oily like the ointment, or more like cream ?

Not sticky or greasy. Soothing cream, moisturises and soothes. Heals. Dependant on inflamed or infected.
