Great on household windows too
This is an amazing product with uses beyond automotive detailing. It worked so well on the car that I had to try it on some major glass in the house. It is suitable because it provides a clean, streak-free finish without fogging or leaving a hazy film on interior or exterior windows. If any, It has a pleasant smell They say that it adds slickness, gloss, and shortโterm ceramic protection: hydrophobic protection as well. Most impressive was its application to a 5 x 6 foot plate glass picture window that would show every smear or stain when the sunlight hit it. Treated with TEC582 inside and out, it is flawless. Invisible. Application was easy. Of course, the glass was prepped by scrubbing with dish-detergent solution on a microfiber pad then rinsed with mineral-free water. A felt pad on a squeegee, barely wet with the TEC582, was used to thoroughly apply. Very little of the TEC582 was used, but it covered well. It dried, was polished by hand with a microfiber cloth, finish polished with lint-free cotton. Viewing in direct sunlight, any missed places could be seen and easily polished out. The glass surface feels slick and more dirt resistant. The result is dramatically better than any glass cleaning method tried before. It is a ceramic-based treatment and durability should be long-lasting. There is no reason not to also try it on glass shower doors, mirrors, maybe even on hard-surface tile and plastics. Consider sharing a review about how you used TEC582 if you also try something different.

Fantastic Shine, Slickness, and Easy Protection
TEC 582 has become one of my go-to quick ceramic sprays. The application is extremely easyโspray, wipe, flip the towel, and it levels out with almost zero effort. No streaking issues as long as the surface isnโt overly hot. Performance: The gloss it leaves behind is impressive, giving the paint a freshly detailed, โjust waxedโ look in minutes. The slickness is immediately noticeableโwater beads and sheets off like a much more expensive coating. It also works great as a drying aid without gumming up towels. Versatility: Safe on paint, glass, trim, wheelsโpretty much the whole exterior. It adds a nice boost to existing coatings or sealants and works just fine on its own for maintenance protection. Durability: For a spray-on product, the longevity is solid. You can expect several weeks to a couple months depending on weather and wash habits. Value: For the results you getโshine, slickness, hydrophobic behaviorโitโs hard to beat at this price point. Overall: Easy to use, great gloss, and strong hydrophobics. One of the best ceramic detail sprays for both professionals and DIY detailers.

My GV80 has never looked better.
I honestly didnโt expect to be this impressed, but TEC582 Ceramic Detail completely blew me away. I used it on my Genesis GV80 and the finish it left was insaneโdeep gloss, super slick, and that โjust detailedโ look that really makes the paint pop. It almost looked like I had a fresh ceramic coating done. What stood out the most was how easy it was to use. Spray on, wipe off, no streaking, no fuss. It instantly boosted the shine and left a smooth, hydrophobic surface that beads water like crazy. Iโve used Meguiarโs Hybrid Ceramic Detailer before, and while itโs a solid product, TEC582 just outperforms it in terms of gloss and slickness. The finish feels richer and looks noticeably deeper. That said, Meguiarโs still holds its own as a great in store option. Bottom line: if you want something that makes your car look like it just rolled out of a professional detail shop, TEC582 is absolutely worth it. My GV80 has never looked better.

After Comparisons This Is The Top Product.
I have used this product for a couple years. A repeat buyer. It is easy to use: spray on and wipe with a microfiber cloth. The depth of color this reveals is fantastic. It will remove light water spots and somehow diminishes those light swirls. Leaves glass spot free and shining like a mirror. You donโt have to work this product to get beautiful results either. Just spray and wipe. I have read reviews that it is a dust magnet. I just havenโt had that experience. My car is parked outdoors at the office where there is a lot of construction work, road work, and grading. I just havenโt had my car attracting dust because of this product. Other negative reviews is the application doesnโt last long enough. Whatโs โlong enoughโ? A year? A week? What is the expectation? Everyone is different so for me, it lasts and protects my car between regular washes. Itโs perfect for DIYs and wonโt break the bank. Attached is a picture of my 2022 Model S. Took this photo after using the product for a few applications. I bought 3 different products to try and this one beat out the competition. Dependable and brilliant results every single time. 3 guys at work finally asked me what I use on my car to get that brilliant shine and now they too are buyers. We all work hard for our money and want products that will perform as advertised. No one likes to feel like they wasted money. Thatโs why these reviews are important. My car is 3 years old and has some very light swirls and one weird blemish that is easy to see with the naked eye. After using this, those imperfections disappear. The glass is super clean without making you crazy. No more greasy smeary glass. Just sparkling clean and clear. Iโm fussy about glass and this product performs every single time. Dependable and easy. Attached is a photo to show the results.

Works just as good if not better than other products!!
Fantastic product!! I do a rinseless wash on my car at least biweekly and use this as a drying aid cut 1:1. Donโt need to use anything else any my car looks fantastic. I do a syntheic clay every 6 months and reapply this product dry and heavy at full strength at that time. Donโt need anything else. My car is 5 years old and still as smooth and hydrophobic as a ceramic coated car. Iโve never had this car ceramic coated. This car i a daily driver and it is garage kept. Iโm on my 3rd gallon (after about 4 years after discovering this), used as drying aid 1:1, full strength heavy 2 times a year, and cut 2:1 for tires, rims and interiors. Iโve used other, newer, more highly touted marketed stuff on my wifeโs new car. This car is also not ceramic coated, but i do a rinseless and drying aid wipe with another highly touted (and definitely more expensive) brand of products. In my opinion works the same and in my opinion not as well and not as glossy or smooth. This car is also garage kept, but is not a daily driver. Iโm not much of a reviewer but after seeing so much hype over other products (on social media) and not much touting about this one, I just felt a sudden compulsion to do a review on my thoughts. Canโt go wrong with TEC 582!!

Best protection spray and price on the market for boats & autos from a pro detailer!
TEC582 CERAMIC DETAIL SPRAY is an absolute steal of a price in the 1 gallon! I can't say enough about this product. I'm a professional boat detailer in Pittsburgh PA and use this on almost every boat and practically every time I step foot on my boat. If you can keep up on it whether it be your boat, car, RV or whatever you will find that this will be the only thing needed to keep your ride clean. Of course you will need to do a lite wash from time to time but this will keep it from getting to the point of having to do a deep cleaning. Spray one or two shots per small section and buff on with a nice fluffy microfiber then take a fresh microfiber and wipe it over again and buff that shine out. Very hydrophobic finish and will give any dark color a nice depth look along with a mirror effect. Hopefully you understand that if your surface is hazy or oxidized you will need to do some polishing or buffing depending on how much it was neglected before this product will be any use to you. Meaning the surface must be prepared first to get any mirror like finish. But using TECH582 as your last step will protect gel coat or clear coat for as long or longer than any other product on this market. Smells decent too in my opinion.

Loving this stuff, simplifies my rinseless routine even more, and smells nice
From another review I went with 1:1 mix of this and water and I spray it just before drying (I do rinseless wash so I'm ready to go after wipe-cleaning, but if you use soap you rinse with water first), then I wipe-dry 1x 25% overlap with a plush microfiber towel, not thorough, just quick pick up of liquid while it also spreads/applies the TEC, followed by buff-dry with waffleweave towel. Still fairly quick, but definitely more of a buffing motion to prevent any streaking, especially on glass. Don't get me wrong though, TEC is very streak-free, just don't let it dry without buffing, otherwise you may need to redampen (not rewet, just damp) to buff streaks out. I could probably still reduce the amount of TEC with water since I feel better doing 1 spray every 2 feet, but that means more water to dry. Instructions say do full strength, but only 1 spray per panel, but I'm not that confident yet, and I'm going through this gallon very slowly, and at pretty reasonable price compared to the spray wax and gloss enhancers I used to use. With my usage, I think I get 1-2 full washes for every 1 ounce of TEC full strength on a compact car, and I'm pretty sure I'm still using more than I need, and with how slick TEC leaves the surface, dust comes off pretty easily and I end up able to go 3-4 weeks between washes and still have gloss, but I usually do 2-3 b/c it is relaxing. For my rinseless routine, TEC replaced a spray wax and buff step that was not as glossy and not as easy to put on (it was good for me at the time, but TEC blew me away). And, this beads water for a lot longer, and I can also feel a lot better glide on the car duster I use almost daily and before every wash. Better glide, I figure more dust gets swept off, more easily, and less chance for scratches. And better glide, maybe even more dust comes off just from driving and wind. Even more, the spray wax I used to use left enough wax to streak on the glass when I used my duster, so much I had to avoid dusting the glass, which meant more squeegee time or looking at dust. TEC can still leave some streaking (or maybe whatever collects on the duster does), but it is a lot less, so I can just treat glass and paint the same, especially side and rear windows where it is much less noticeable. I did try Turtle Wax hybrid a month before TEC, I think the Turtle Wax lasted a week or so longer, but TEC was way cheaper, and still lasts/glides 2-3 weeks on the roof and hood of my non-clayed 2010 car, and 5-6 weeks on the sides. It'd be nice to confirm for myself that these hybrid ceramic sealants last for months, but I don't plan on getting the work done to provide optimal conditions any time soon. One thing: I think I put squeaks in my wiper blades getting some TEC probably from overspray. I don't count that against TEC. Or maybe it's just the TEC applied normally to the windshield, even then I'd say that's more of a user/me issue, and I could give up using TEC on front glass if it was an issue and still be very satisfied.

Expensive but worth the outlay. Remember less is more when applying this product.
This polish is expensive but worth every penny. Using very little diluted (about 10/1 water/polish) in a spay gun which you wipe off almost immediately with a micro fibre cloth you get great results. The paintwork on the car builds a water repellent coating straight away. After a number of washes this coating builds offering protection and shine. Expensive but worth the outlay. Remember less is more when applying this product.
