First prepare the gelatin solution by dissolving 1 Tbs gelatin granules in 1 cup boiling water. When it cools down to 120-130 degF, dissolve in just 1/8 tsp of this enzyme powder. By the time the solution has continued cooling to 90 degF, enzyme has done its work. The solution will not gel, and it is ready to be consumed for rapid absorption. My only complaint is that it is evidently not as pure as I would like.
