Casio Inc. DM-1200MS Standard Function Calculator

The Casio DM-1200MS Standard Function Calculator is solar-powered with a two-inch wide photo-cell panel at the top to absorb light. It is 6 inches wide and 8 inches from top to bottom with a huge display area of almost 5 inches. It is about one-half inch thick at it's widest point and very light for its size. The keys are large and easy to press. The calculator automatically turns off within a few minutes if not used. It has two-way power - which means it stores the energy from the light, so it can be used immediately. The calculator is accurate, a pleasure to use, and perfect for persons needing larger keys and display.

I bought this for my home office and love it. I have tried several other models and had problems with them dying when the sun wasn't bright enough (even with the lights on) or the buttons were sticky. This Casio is a nice size (about4.5 X 6-7 inches). The buttons are easy to use and for someone who has experience with adding machines, I love the positions of the buttons. My only dislike is that the dsiplay is not adjustable and I do have trouble sometimes with reflection from the desk lamp and sunshine. But otherwise, the best one yet!!!

I bought this to use in our store. I was looking for a large button calculator with a large display as we have a gentleman with poor eyesight working for us. We still hand write our tickets and use this calculator several times a day. After close to a year of use it continues to work flawlessly. This is a great calculator! I'm tempted to buy another just in case, as I'm worried when it comes time to replace this one I'll have a hard time finding one that works as well, except this one has held up so well.

Hi,I purchased this calculator for my parents, they are both upwards of 75 years old and have a problem seeing small numbers. This calculator is great. The screen is big, the numbers are vivid and it is a perfect size, not huge but not small either, just right for them to handle. You cannot go wrong buying this calculator. I was searching all over for one and finally found this on Amazon. Staples didn't even have a good size calculator. Amazon has it all! Buy it, you'll be happy! This calculator popped up under a search for low vision large keys calculatorand it is a large calculator with large keys/displaybeing legally blind that is important to me I just missed that this calculatorhas a bunch of other business functions (cost, sell, mar, tax +, tax-) that add a little clutter to keyboard

I had a big calculator but it bit the dust while I was using it. I did not want a big calculator that took up a lot of space on my secretary desk so I bought this one. It is portable and does all kinds off functions. I like that there are no electrical cords to plug in. Love it.

I don't use any of the accounting functions, but I love using this calculator for simple math. I know I could use my computer or phone, but it's nice to leave this on my desk and have a large, easy to use calculator whenever I need it.
