Fantastic supplement
Works great! Lessens the dreams and waking up at random hours. No groggy feelings or morning side effects. Does smell horrible but worth it!

Great supplement to my sleep routine.
I think this works pretty well for falling asleep. And I’m a tough customer, having had insomnia for 35 years. I combine it with the cortisol manager+some Chinese herbs Restore+Stabilize+off I go to sleep!

Smells horrible
The smell of this product is so disgusting that I gag just opening the bottle. It’s unusable.

Major side effect from the valerian root
I slept like a baby, but the dizziness next day was debilitating. Didn’t take it last night and not dizzy today. Tonight I will take one capsule to see if that helps. Not sure if it’s something my body will adjust to. I nearly fell multiple times.

Very effective, but full dosage leaves me feeling hungover in the AM
This product does help me to fall asleep and, especially, to stay asleep longer in the morning. It is a potent mixture of natural substances, with about every ingredient known to promote relaxation and sleep thrown into the formula. But, unlike other reviewers, this product does leave me with a hangover the next day. I feel lethargic and even slightly depressed until mid-afternoon. I found that if I take just half a capsule before bed it is enough for my sleep and leaves little aftereffect the next day. Maybe I am more sensitive to one of the ingredients. Neverless the product does work well for me in the smaller dosage. Others complain about the smell. I am able to wash down the powder taken from a half capsule in a little water. It’s not exactly appetizing, but it’s not that terrible either. Followed by drinking clear water the taste and smell are gone.

Worth a try
This Is one of those crazy good and crazy expensive items. Is worth it to me for a good night's sleep, and this stuff delivers. Takes about 20 minutes and then gently sends me to sleep. Never leaves me groggy in morning except for once when I took 3 instead of the recommended 2. Certainly worth a try.
