I bought this is a replacement for the one that came with the helmet that didn't work and ran into the same problem with this, could not get it to sync properly. I own probably 50 Bluetooth devices and just could not get this one to work

LIVALL sells defective equipment
Remote controller doesn't work with their helmet. I purchased a LIVALL BH51 neo JBL helmet which was non functional and the remote included was defective so I purchased another remote from Amazon to compensate for LIVALL's lack of customer service that never responded beyond an automatic "sorry for the inconvenience" email. They never responded with any possible resolutions even after I sent pictures and video. Horrible customer service. Warrantee is not worth the paper it's printed on

No visual feedback
It does what it should, namely controls the helmet with built-in turn signals, and lets you pickup calls and take photos. But I am bit disappointed in this remote, because it doesn't give me any feedback if my turn signal actually works or not. I cannot see the turn signal as the helmet is on my head, I just trust that it worked when I pressed the button, but sometimes the helmet goes to standby, runs out of power or I forgot to turn it on. I wish this remote would also blink to give me a visual feedback when the helmet is blinking and brake light go on. Also it cannot switch LED modes on the LIVALL helmet but this might be the helmet's limitation.
