Great gift for someone. Lots of amazing features. Easy to charge. Comes with an aux cable, USB charging cable and little net bag which is ideal for travelling. You can use the clock for its built in alarm, connect to Bluetooth and listen to your music or just enjoy the different light features. Perfect size, not too big. Looks great and amazing build quality. Would recommend.

I bought this to replace a bedside alarm clock. I liked the extra features of being able to play music or news through the built-in speaker using a Bluetooth connection from my phone. The package arrived quickly and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the item. It feels well made and the buttons all made a healthy click when used. Apart from the main unit, there is a mesh travel bag, a modern USB-C charger cable, and a 3.5mm cable to attach audio sources that don’t have Bluetooth. Setting the time and the alarm was straightforward and you can change the alarm music by putting your own MP3 file on a micro-sd card and inserting it into the slot at the rear. The instruction leaflet was easy to follow. The time display is clearly legible by day or night and the lamp is switched on/off by finger taps on the top of the unit. There are options for the lamp to cycle through many colours etc. but I stuck with the warm white setting (there are three brightness levels available). Using Bluetooth for connecting to my phone for music/news/podcasts was very simple to do (once again, the leaflet sets out the steps clearly). I was impressed by the sound quality of the top-firing speaker - definitely good enough for a bedside speaker. You can run the unit from its own battery to use the device as a portable Bluetooth speaker or you can leave it plugged in via the USB-C charger cable (which is what I will do). Apart from the USB-C charging socket and the micro-sd card slot (for your own alarm mp3 and other music files), there is a standard-sized USB connector to plug a pendrive in - once again to add your own mp3 music. As the unit has Bluetooth, I do not think I will be using the micro-sd our USB pendrive options much. I have attached a few photos and a short video for you to hear the unit playing music over Bluetooth from my phone. I am impressed by what I have seen so far and I feel that this multi-function unit is good value for money.

I loved the idea of having these little alarm clock lamps on my night stands because they looked compact and I loved the idea of the different colours of the light. The trouble comes from the fact that the bulb strength is not sufficient for more than providing bare minimum light, even with two lamps in the bedroom. The battery dies too quickly and, what is most annoying, a voice cannot stop repeating "low power" until the on/off switch is pressed to off, which really irritates. The lamp can't be used whilst charging, so if it "dies", you have to turn it off completely and you don't have an alternative. Setting the clock on these is also tricky, so on the whole I am looking for a new set of lamps and will use these as ambient light in my living room until they completely die.

Sound level and bass is of a high quality for listening to music, which is also where the easy Bluetooth compatibility function comes in. Great for listening to music which is made better with the music light mode, where the colours on the speaker are synchronised with the bass/beats of the song you are listening to and even changes colour at the same time. There are 48 different colours to choose from, so spoilt for choice really, I’m sure there is at least one colour someone will like to use. Great for using as a soothing and relaxing night lamp when going to sleep. Last but not least, the alarm function is great as it makes sure you are never late for work/school etc. So this is why this product is amazing as it can be used for many things as it’s multifunctional. Definitely worth the investment.
