Most of the stands I saw were very expensive. I stumbled on this attachment. It was inexpensive and I had extra mic stands so I took a chance. Very pleased with the result. Easy to install, very stable and fits both a Mac air and HP laptop. I ended up buying a second one (a return) for use in my office. I run my laptop through an external monitor with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. With the stand I can keep my laptop off my desk and use it as a second monitor for email monitoring. We now also use it for video calls with our children. With the mic stand I can adjust it for direct shots.
