It’s very light weight and stays on my ear MUCH better than my old one. Sound quality in my ear is good. The noise cancelling is not the best. Callers can still hear my partners when they are talking semi loudly in the background. Price was decent. I would recommend.

This headset changed my entire work life! I have a nerve condition in my face (trigeminal neuralgia) and can't wear traditional headsets, or wear most headphones because even the lightest pressure on my head causes very intense pain. Because this headset comes with the ear clip, I have been able to return to work. This changes everything!

UPDATE 16 August 2022: this headset works well with an iPhone 13 so long as you use a lightning to 3.5mm adapter with the 3.5mm Quick Disconnect cable. I tried two adapters, the first one didn't work, but this Mangotek lightning to 3.5mm did: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08XMJ9QQG This headset works beautifully with a cell phone if you add this adapter: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071DZG66P The ear piece is comfortable to wear, even with glasses, and voices come through loud and clear, if slightly flat/tinny (this would not be good for music, but is fine for voice calls). The people I've spoken with say my voice sounds slightly flat/tinny, but loud and clear otherwise and that's what counts. If you're like me and forever forgetting to recharge your bluetooth or don't use it often enough and find that the battery is nearly dead when you're ready to use it, this is the headset to get! The cord is very long once you add the adapter to it, but that can be fixed with a cord keeper.

I purchased this headset to use with Genesys Cloud through my computer. What they dont tell you is it is NOT plug and play!! I did not see that you had to buy a SEPERATE connector to get it to work with your computer!! Thats FALSE advertising as it says NOTHING about that in the item description until you scroll all the way down the page and look in the details... Secondly, this is a flimsy piece of garbage.. It's all flimsy plastic. What a piece of garbage. It's going back!!

I am working from home 8 hours a day taking calls for my employer, a top consumer technology manufacturer. I tried this headset after using three other options. This is by far the best. The three ways of wearing the speaker/mic are all comfortable, and I switch them every few days to vary my experience. Each holder can be adjusted for wear on either the right or the left ear. Customers with whom I’m speaking often comment on the clarity of my voice, and my coworkers have commented on that as well when I participate in webex meetings. I purchased a quick connect cable to adapt this to a 3.5mm headphone jack on my workstation. The noise cancellation works very well... I use an air filter in my workspace, and my customers don’t hear anything but my voice. This is an excellent product.

Light as a feather, and the quality rivals the best of the Plantronics line of headsets (Plantronics sets the standard by which all others are measured - I started using Plantronics in 1982! and they have always had superior quality for call center headsets). I tried all three wearing styles and initially I am going to use the behind the head option. However I like the easy off and on of the over the ear style. I'll come back and update this review after a few weeks of use. Oh... the over the head option is great too. Maybe too many choices, but it is great to find them all in one product. This also gives you the freedom to buy a replacement head/neck/ear piece if it gets worn out which is much cheaper than buying a brand new headset. I love it and recommend it to anyone that is looking for a comfortable headset with Great quality. Remember you need to buy a separate cable for the phone or phone system you are connecting to. I bought one to work with my iPhone.(yes I use my iPhone in a call center setup!)

I have tried many headsets as I am on the phone so much, hard to find one that worked with my soft phone, not the most comfortable but it works good. The over ear loop was quite uncomfortable and would not stay on my ear. As I was trying to get it to fit snug it broke, not good. I returned the item because parts of it broke. Have been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for my refund. Not the best company for refund.
