It works great.

I love that these capsules are organic. I wish a serving was only 1 capsule instead of two. They are an okay size to swallow easily. I take them at bedtime and have noticed better sleep. I hope to see more results with continued use.

I bought this because I know how great this ashawanda is to relax your body and I’m going through a lot of health issues and my nervous system is off because of it and when I take this, it seems to calm everything down. This is a great natural alternative to calm your system rather than taking a medicine that could hurt your liver. I really love this and will purchase again.

EDIT: Just want to edit to add something, because I saw another review where someone mentioned ashwagandha being for relaxation and how the people who were reviewing commenting about energy didn’t know what they were talking about. Let’s clarify....ashwagandha works by relieving ANXIETY and STRESS. The response to lowered anxiety and stress can be better mood, increased ENERGY, reduced fatigue, etc. People with thyroid problems (like myself) especially see improvements in energy because thyroid issues occur as a result of a highly stressed system. All of the energy output is internalized instead of externalized. Lower that stress response (ie RELAX what is happening within the body) and perception of energy will increase because it’s easier to utilize energy externally. That is why you are seeing reviews talking about increased energy. These seem to help with overall energy, pretty much immediately. That to me is impressive and merits the four star rating. Quite honestly, I’d probably give this five stars except that the capsules were a little hard to swallow. I think that may have been due to the overwhelming “earthy” smell and taste to these. I tend to have more difficulty and gag on supplements that are more pungent. This could just be a quality that ashwagandha has, but I wouldn’t know about that since I didn’t really know much about this supplement before researching things to help hypothyroid. I’d say that this is something that could help, just based on how it’s helped so far, so I will likely continue to take this even though I struggle with the taste. Oh, and I DO recommend these! The energy boost has been nice!

This Ashwaganda Supplemen is very good, very GOOD! I like taking it daily.

Misleading description. Claims to be 1300mg....but only 400mg is KSM-66. And that’s over 2 pills. The rest 900mg is just ashwaghanda root powder with unknown anolides contents.
