Wonderful product I use almost every day. So good, in fact, that we have two. One less pressurized and another more pressurized for different purposes. Its an incredible tool for fascial flossing (personally fond of lauren roxborough's program) and relaxing your musculature, fascia, perhaps an unintended adjustment and overall connective tissue network. Works like a charm and a household staple. Highly recommend. (Please note: other inflatable balls on the market didn't work as well. This one does the job well).

El material se siente resistente y cómodo, además incluye la bomba para ajustar la firmeza fácilmente. Ayuda bastante para liberar tensión muscular y trabajar distintas zonas del cuerpo de forma cómoda. También se siente útil para estiramientos y ejercicios de recuperación o relajación. Llegó bien empacada y a tiempo, en perfectas condiciones. En general me pareció un producto muy útil, práctico y de buena calidad. La recomiendo mucho.

Very good quality

Great product! I have Lauren Roxburgh's first book, foam rollers, and got the Body Sphere to add to my collection. The program and concepts are great on their own or to enhance other fitness regimes. It helps to massage the fascia, streamlining the muscles, making everything look better. And for those that have an office job and sit away a desk all day... it's a terrific way to address lower back pain, hunched shoulders and overall aches and pains. There are key exercises specifically designed for the ball. It's a great size. Pump was included and having the needle contained in handle... genius. Can't wait to get Lauren's new book coming out in May!
