How to change the qari for the azan

Mine is not calling the Adhan as i was expecting. What should I do ?

How loud is the "Auto Islamic Azan Clock with Qibla Direction QAC810" ? I need something with a loud azan for the house.

Its loud enough, that it also wakes me up for my fajr prayers. My house is 3400 sq. ft. 2 story, and the clock is located on the second floor, my room is on the first. I also have a alarm clock in my room. The azan for central is 5:58am. My alarm clock is set for 5:00am, because my wife wakes up for Tajood.
