Of these two, one is working great but the other one simply will not charge. I see no external damage to it and being metal wrapped you would think it would not stop working. I contacted the seller TWICE with no reply. I've downgraded my review from five stars to one star due to their non response. Sadly they do not stand behind their product.I've purchased four of these before for the regular USB because my puppy kept chewing through plastic cords. She left the Hoisan cords alone and it was GREAT. Then I replaced my phone with one with USB type C and DARN IT my previous ones from Hoisan were the wrong size, but I didn't hesitate coming back to them to order metal USB C cords. The pup leaves them alone and they charge my phone rapidly. I love the color and it works with my galaxy s8. If I had to make a complaint I would suggest the cord being longer.Update: I still love these however the connectors have bent making it harder to charge or make a connection with your phone if they aren't laying flat.
