Link Cable for Game Boy Advance and Gamecube

It's the original product in the US blister (different from the European one which is in a paper box). The main games which use this cable are Zelda - The four sword - for nintendo gamecube and Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicle, always for nintendo gamecube. The games work fine on nintendo wii as this console is completely compatible with nintendo gamecube games. Unfortunately no wii games make use of gba connection. That cable is not been produced but in europe had a cost of about 25$. for people who still want to try the games above should at least ask to some friends if they have some gameboy advance (normal ones, sp ones, and/or sp 101 ones)because four of these cable allow to play up to 4 player to legend of zelda and final fantasy.

If you bought this item, then you know what it is for. It connects the Nintendo Gameboy Advance to the Nintendo GameCube. Some games have content you can access with this link and some games can only be played using this setup. I haven't used it on many titles but here are some I have. Pac man VS- required to play. Need at least 2 players but can play up to 4. Zelda: 4 swords. You can't play multiplayer without this. There is only one thing that can be confusing. There is a separate item that can play all the Gameboy Advance games on the GameCube. That is the Gameboy player accessory. It attaches to the bottom of the console and will allow you to play any Gameboy Advance game on the TV but you must use the Gameboy Advance as the controller. It will also work on the Nintendo Wii since it has the GameCube controller ports on the console. Here is a list of GameCube games that can utilize this Cable. I had gotten this in order to connect to my Gamecube Pokemon games. It didn't come out of the original box, but was wrapped well and feels brand new. It works like a charm and trades perfectly! (Note, this means the Seller I brought this from was good. Your results might vary, so make sure to do your research on sellers before you buy!)

Didn't have any issues with it whatsoever, worked as intended. Was an official cable.

It was fast on its delivery and yes I still play on all of my older systems as The games are still fun to play. Plus it works great and in new condition. So buy from here if they have something that you my be looking for as I was very happy to receive it at a great price.

Overall great as i was looking forward to trading pokemon off of the xd series

If you manage to use a company (e.g. GameOnGamers) that ships you the genuine Nintendo cable, it will work great and you'll enjoy using it for games like Zelda, FF: Crystal Chronicles, and many others. However, there are other companies (e.g. Hitgaming/Springledge) that try to scam you and pawn off some cheap third-party cable in place of the real deal. Return that garbage right away! Even though the third-party cable was new out of the box, it didn't work at all. There's really no good way to tell which one a seller will ship you, so just try to read the reviews and pick a tried-and-true seller, even if they are one or two dollars more (though they could be the same price)- it will be worth it!

Amazing!!! I ordered it and got it the next day!! Works amazing have been trading Pokemon from xd gale and colosseum to leaf green and emerald like no tomorrow!!! Very impressed with this product

Cable arrived with missing pins and was completely inoperable. Was super disappointed.

It came in today, EARLY! Which is great. It looks like its brand new, out of the package. No bends in the wire, no chips, bumps etc. Haven't been able to use it yet but it looks amazing. Can't wait to give this to my brother for Christmas!

Some games are best with multiplayer, some are designed for it, FF CC and Four swords are some of them and this is needed.

It's a little finicky, but I think that's just because the tech and systems are old. Had to unplug it and plug it back in a few times and make sure to clear any dust from the ports. Happy I eventually got it working though!
