If your looking for the dust bag for your DW708 12" Miter Saw you've come to the right place. This DW7053 is the exact Dust Bag that originally came with the Dewalt DW708 saw. It is a OEM Dewalt part that comes in a Dewalt package. It has the Dewalt Name on the side of the black fabric bag in large Dewalt yellow letters and the zipper on the pouch works perfect for easy emptying. It also has an black plastic adapter to fit the bag onto the dust chute (the area of the saw blade cover the bag attaches to) in case you have another model saw. With the adapter it should fit lots of other models. This dust bag connector tube is just slightly larger than the dust chute on the saw so you'll need to slip the adapter on the dust bag and the other end of the adapter into the dust chute on the saw. Watch out though because the only issue I have is when I inserted the adapter into the dust chute it split (cracked) the dust chute. If you don't want to use the adapter just wrap Duct Tape around the outside of the dust chute with about 2 layers of tape and that should make a tight enough fit that the dust bag won't slide off. The bag works great and catches all the wood chips and dust as it should. Hope this helps any of you with the older DW708 saws.

Bag seems nice but the opening for the dust bag connector tube is just slightly larger than the dust chute on the saw (approx. 1/32"). Others mention using the included adapter on the dust bag, but I didn't receive one with my package? Figure I'll use a winding of silicone tape or electrical tape on the outlet tube to make up the difference so the bag doesn't get blown off. Giving 4 out of 5 stars because the fit isn't exact...call me jaded, but I hardly expect that anymore these days.

Works perfect

The fit to the machine is perfect. No qualms about that, or about the product. DeWalt just doesnt have great dust removal on their tools. This bag is just ok. It does reduce sawdust in the shop. I use it on my power planer. It probably catches 40% of the shavings, at best. Better to hook up to a vac, but this works ok.

Good quality bag and the track fits well. I even got plastic covers for the ends of the track and still fits well.

Se ve un producto sólido, diseñado para profesionales. Buena distribución de bolsillos. Tamaño más que suficiente para guardar lo que necesito. De momento la tengo que llevar a la obra y ver cómo soporta el trato. Buena compra. 01/2025. La prueba en la obra a dado buen resultado. Es suficientemente resistente al trato en un ambiente como el de la obra. Está pensada para y por la mirada del instalador, tiene bolsillos bien ubicados. Muy satisfecho.

Quite disappointed how small this is tbh. If you’re doing repetition work on your mitre saw this will fill up in no time. Quite well made though with different sized attachments, I'll just use it on a sander or something.

The bag has a huge amount of space so there is a tendency to to fill with all your tools so becomes very heavy, so for carrying around on site, so would have to purchase a smaller bag, it's fine for fixed job site,I love the the small pockets, elasticated bands and zipped pockets it's well made very tough it is an excellent bag
