Fine lines and other facial wrinkles have improved after a couple weeks on this supplement. I am 76 but have always looked younger than my age until recently when I was shocked to see a dramatic increase in facial wrinkles in the last year after I went on a FODMAP diet and eliminated alot of food especially leafy greens and, therefore missing nutrients. Also started taking Vit-C tab again. Happy. No upset stomach or allergic reaction. Price is reasonable. Will keep buying!.

Over the last 10 months, I have purchased three different sources of phytoceramides. This is my experience with each one of them: *From rice. They didn't work for me. I took these capsules for a month and I saw barely any change. Never tried them again. *From yams (this brand only). It took me three weeks to finally see results but I got what I was expecting to see. The price is affordable (around 15 dlls for a 30 day supply) so I think I could possibly continue purchasing. If you have a gluten intolerance, this is a better choice than rice based phytoceramides. *From wheat. This is one of my favorite sources. I am not gluten intolerant so I can take them without having issues. They take about 2-3 weeks to see results (depending on the brand) and for me, they are better with the added vitamins. I found something in common with all the phytoceramides, the more water you drink, the better your face looks. I don't know why it does that but it definitely helps. The supplier of this product was the only one that recommended to drink water but I had already been doing that. It just plumps your face so nicely without looking swollen. Phytoceramides (when they work) give you a healthy glow. I am not looking to cut off years and years of my face, I just want to have healthy skin and this is a nice way to take care of it. My skin is bright with light rosy cheeks like a healthy person, I like it! One draw that I've seen in almost all companies, the bottles they use are so big compare to the amount of product inside - capsules are small, easy to swallow. It seems that they want to advertise too much stuff on the bottle and if you take other supplements or keep this bottle in a drawer, it starts to take some space. So far this type of phytoceramides from yams is a good product for me. I recommend them just be sure to give them time.

First of all, I want to tell a story of how I landed to this pill. I always watch my favorite YouTube guru name is Tati, I watched her for several years I think 7 years? Anyways, she just launched her own beauty pill that has ceramides in it. But her pills is so expensive which is not in my budget. So I came on google and search for ceramides only since I am keeping my multi-vitamins which I loved. This brand came up and said it’s popular on Amazon. So I read all information on this brand and their price is so reasonable so I gave it a try. I purchased it on April 2nd got it next day! I took this faithfully with a lot of water. I have 32 oz. bottle so I usually refill water with this bottle 4-6 times. It helps me to know I drink a lot. I always believe water is very important to body, hydrate but I feel it wasn’t enough. I even eat healthy foods, always trying to avoid chemical foods. Fast forward to this, I am on 15th day of taking this; I noticed the skin itself became smoother, softer. I am 47 years old and my forehead wrinkles are so bad that no cream could diminish the wrinkles. I have been using same skincare line before I took this. After 15th days of taking this pill with same skincare line I can see the big difference in texture, smooth and so soft! I forgot to add my skin condition before I took this pill is: Rosacea and acne prone skin. My skin always feel so rough, I cannot use so much skincare line that would aggravate my rosacea and acne skin. I will come back to update my review in around 3-4 months from now. Now I am starting to notice my face glows more and more than before. I am getting more exciting and will continue taking this pill! Hope this would help you guys to try it out! So in love and wonderful. I will fight over this pill. Saw results within days. I have zero wrinkles and young face, shapely but this rejuvenated me 10 more happy years! My body loves it. Heck yeah. I am in love. I am 55 and just got carded for sitting with drinkers before I started a weeks worth of these; now you cannot tell me anything! I am really bouncing around like 20. My friend said what are you on! I am hot! It really does that. Ha. Get this. Ok, what i wanted to see if I could improve before doctors. I have some stretch marks from childbirth and I know it's a woman's thing but I struggle with them although I am in good shape/attractive. Attractive does not console the stretch marks and we know that. I plan some resurfacing in the future but wanted to try to repair some lower tummy few, some on sides, butt. I have some here and there. But my butt took the most. This is healing my stretch marks and acne. The stretchmarks are faded and I cannot find everyone of them. Smooth. The few on my lower belly are really faded and my butt just super smoothe but still has some stretches but surprisingly better texture. I have adult acne not even retinA has not kicked but this is healing it all. I am using it with a vitamin A cream I found on Amazon. That cream is very very nice. They work great together. Acne scars are still there but improving, acne is fading. It turned my feet into better feet. If you have sentive feet and will bruise in a shoe this healed my feet better than a foot pack and they look younger! I hope it helps everyone wanting improvements. Keeper!!!!

One of my issues with PhyGlow is I only received 28 capsules although the bottle clearly states it contains 30. The product is more of a 3 1/2 star rating. I received a radiant glow at first and was impressed with the product but it was not sustained over time. My skin is clearer and brighter but not sure if its the product or not. I need more time to properly judge this item and I will be ordering more and counting the capsules. If improvement is seen I'll change the rating (if allowed) if not well . . . . this is it.

I was using this product for about a year and had excellent results but wanted to try out another product that claimed more of this and that. That other product was just ok and it cost a bit more. I have come back to this gem and am very satisfied. I was noticing some fine lines around my mouth, jawline and neck, those lines are all gone now and I only started back with the product on Dec 8!! I will not be using any other but this.

I bought this for the overall skin benefits. I've always been told I look younger than I actually am and I wanted to keep it that way, lol. I was starting to notice my face looked 'brighter' when I woke up in the morning and anytime I wasn't wearing makeup. I don't really have wrinkles so I can't say much for that, but I do feel like it gives your face a brighter, more hydrated/healthy appearance. Another pleasant surprise was how strong this made my nails! I wasn't even thinking of helping my nails but recently noticed how much stronger and thicker they are. I have always had really brittle, thin nails no matter what supplements I would try. This finally helped them without me even knowing it. I'm honestly so surprised, I keep touching my nails! I *think* it has also helped my hair. I have very fine hair. It doesn't necessarily feel thicker, but it feels healthy and strong if that makes any sense. I guess it would be better to tell after longer use since it will mainly be affecting new growth. I will continue to use phytoceramides.

I bought this product in hopes that it would help my marionette lines around my mouth. Years of smiling and being a happy person has given me deep lines at an almost 50 years old. I had heard that phytoceramides could help with lines and wrinkles and I honestly didn't think anything could help with these types of lines. I am about 3 1/2 weeks in to taking these capsules. I take 1 capsule every morning with my other vitamins and have experienced no stomach upset. I don't seem to taste anything at all when taking them. I have noticed that my marionette lines are reduced and the wrinkles around my eyes have also reduced. Now I do want to say that I did change one other thing during this time. I am drinking much more water than I had before. I have an app on my phone that reminds me to drink water and I have stuck to that. I had read on other reviews that you need more water to help this capsule. I have no idea if that is true or not or if that has been the reason for my reduced lines. So basically, either the additional water is the reason, the capsule is the reason, or the combination of both. Either way, I am very pleased and I will continue to take these capsules and see what happens.
