I have a lot of issues with my back, and I struggle to find decent products that are affordable and effective. This is both. Holds heat for hours, the flexible velcro band holds it in place very well and doesn’t restrict movement. Although a little bulky, I would be able to use this at work or out and about with ease. All in all a fantastic non invasive pain reliever that has a long life. Just what I was looking for.

Got this for my girlfriend as she just had double jaw surgery and needed some ice packs to comfortably sit around her face.This product by no means is designed to go around the face, but considering my missus is a fragile little thing where everything normally hurts her, she says this product is the best thing to help with the pain.Considering she has 2 broken jaws, and a pretty small face, this thing works amazing, we just had to adjust the straps by tying each one in a knot to make it smaller.just Freeze it for a few hours, wrap in a tea towel and strap it to her face, shes happy.

Great size and really helped ease my back pain. After heavy use the product unfortunately split at the edge so seller has refunded and highlighted that this malfunction is rare. I suppose this is not unexpected for any flexible ice pack. If my back pain reoccurs I would buy this product again.

When I bought the pain relief pack. I had used it once and noticed that the package was leaking from the belt. Leaving a stain on the bed sheets. Highly not recommended.

Very versatile hot and cold pack for aches and pains. Obviously suited best suited for torso/abdominal/back pain. I have also used it for knee and ankle pain and found it to still be effective. I keep it in the freezer so it ready to use. You can also warm it up carefully in the microwave (read the instructions!). Eventually you will get the hang of heating it in no time.Personally I also find it effective wrapped around a warm beer in the freezer to chill it (so long as you don't forget about it)!

Value for the money. Hot and cold patch all in one.
