Sewing Machine Multifunctional Crafting Mending Machine with Pedal LED Light 12 Built-in Stitch Patterns

I bought this product September last ,initially for one month its working in a proper way but after month needle broken frequently and now its lower thread case not functioning .Now I think my money is wasted.I'm searching service center to repair ,please let me know if any one have information about service center or other place to repair.

This is a light weight sewing machine designed for house hold purpose. I have repaired few light fabrics, curtains, etc. It performed well. This has working light which is sufficient to thread the needle. The threading procedure is simple and some YT videos are available. The bobbin winder works well. The selector knob works well, but before using it rotate hand dial to lift needle at top most position, otherwise needle or pattern changer mechanism or both may break. Remember to thread the needle from front to back when the needle is lifted and pull the string form bobbin at 10'o clock position , also notice that the bobbin is rotating in clockwise direction ( if not flip the bobbin) and pull both threads approx 10 cm, close the bobbin cover and you are ready for sewing. This has 6 watts motor, so don't expect more from it. I got all accessories with this. Do not use it for extensive sewing or on regular basis. It is not designed for extensive use. This is designed for small tasks and repair jobs and this does that well.

Easy to use and a perfect machine for beginners but the price is more.

Not really recommended for home purpose....big disadvantage is plastic body of machine most of the time needle misaligne, so full time you need a technical knowledge person...

I am a beginner and new to sewing machines. So I had to go though few online videos to understand how to use the machine. Then I started using the machine and did not face any issues till now. If the thread gets stuck, I pull it carefully and set it properly to continue. The machine is the best to be used with cotton materials and not very good for very thick or silky materials as I have observed. The machine is good for regular stitching purpose.

Received a product that is not working. There's no scope of service also since it's neither usha nor singer. Even the seller didn't do anything about it. Machine was running but the needle wasn't moving at all
