I have a physical disability on my right hand that gives me really weak grip strength which has definitely affected my ability to workout especially doing pulling exercises. I’ve tried some regular wrist straps that didn’t really help but saw these recommended by dr Mike and decided to give them a go and honestly they’ve been life changing in terms of helping me w my workouts. Grip is no longer a limiting factor and I can really push myself way more than I used to. I never go to the gym without these when training my upper body and I’ve had them for months. So all in all 5/5 stars and if it works for a disabled guy it will definitely work for you

The Versa Gripps are industry standard for a reason. They are amazing and do their job very well. For a 16 cm wrist the XS size is too small, should have gone for the S-M.

They may be expensive but they are totally worth it. Made a huge difference to my training as grip was the limiting factor—even if you don’t realize it, I this is the case for anyone who is pretty strong. I would use straps for things like deadlifts, rows, farmers walks etc but not with machines or pull ups as it’s just too foddly to get right and is sometimes just impossible to set up. I now use these with pretty much all my pull exercises and the difference is significant. My grip is no longer the limiting factor which means I can do more reps/weight while focusing my form which has definitely made me make gains.

Amazing, my forearm strength has been a problem. Now i can mercilessly work my back. Hold heavy dumbbells as long as i want during sets. i wish i had bought this years ago

These are hands down the best grips I've ever used. I was born missing 2 fingers from one of my hands and these have enabled me to pull deadlifts and do weighted pull ups with no grip restrictions.

Fijne grips! Wel wat hard in het begin maar zeker stevig genoeg om jarenlang mee te gaan en zware kilos te tillen!

Good as usual. I bought it to replaced our old pair that used for 3.5 years. Though the old material dosen't tear nor aged, is about the odour is not nice that i have to change it.

They work as they should, really like them. But the fabric on the end (it was like burned or glued) is loosening up and falling apart a little bit. I hope that it is just a little bit and not falling apart even more... the one on the right side is breaking apart after 2 uses

I’m a woman with 14–15 cm wrists, aiming to deadlift over 100 kg. I was torn between the Versa Pro(extra small size ) and Fit(small size ), but I chose this one(extra small ) to support my goal of lifting heavier. When I first started using it (on the day I wrote this review), it felt a bit stiff, but the grip is excellent and really helps me lift more easily. I’d definitely buy the same one again next time.
