I use it weekly while listening to audio and within 20 minutes I have built up a good sweat and feel my whole body has engaged in exercise. Stride length mentioned is not accurate (in reality it is 13", NOT 16") *by V***L on Reviewed in the United States on July 13, 2019* CONSI ordered this product mainly because it stated that the stride length is 16". Upon assembling it and measuring it, I realized that the stride length is 13". There are other products available for a 13" stride length at a cheaper price point. This makes it an issue for someone taller. If you are shorter than say 5'3", then this wouldn't matter greatly. My insight into this is that the stride length should be similar to your natural stride length when you walk. The shorter length is putting more pressure on my knees.PROSThe assembly was quite easy. My wife and I were able to put it together by ourselves in 2 hours. The instructions were easy to follow and all the components were categorized neatly.The product is a modest value for money. It's cheap enough to be the first purchase in this category. I feel that my wife & I will outgrow this product within 6 months. By then we will have gotten into the habit of exercising regularly and then we will be able to upgrade to a better product.The build quality is decent. Seems sturdy enough. We haven't used it extensively yet.
