Review: "Life is Strange" Issue #3- The pieces are starting to come together... - It really has been a privilege to see the story of Dontnod's "Life is Strange" continue on in comic-book form. Writer Emma Vieceli has done a splendid job thus far capturing the voices of our favorite characters and giving the series some clever and unique new twists. And issue #3 continues to deliver the goods, even if it's not quite as emotionally fulfilling as the excellent second installment. I don't want to discuss the specifics too much, as issue #3 begins to pay off on the setup and give us major revelations about the nature of just what is occurring. There's too much room for unintentional spoilers. But what I will say is that by the time this third chapter comes to a close, you'll have some of the answers... but also more questions as well. And if you're like me... you won't be able to contain your excitement for the upcoming fourth and final issue. As has always been the case with this particular one-shot, the standout here is Vieceli’s excellent understanding of the source material. Particularly the dynamic and connection between our main characters Max and Chloe. Their companionship was the beating heart of the original game, and you feel it full-force here. Additionally, the artwork is as gorgeous as ever and coloring is lush and beautiful to look at. It’s really just a solid comic all around. My only real complaint is that the second issue was such an emotional powerhouse that this one just doesn’t quite compare. Again, I don’t want to spoil anything, but issue #3 is more focused on exposition and storytelling than character development. So it’s missing a bit of the heart that really struck a chord with me last time. But that’s really just a minor complaint in an otherwise splendid new installment. As a fan, I’m giving issue #3 a 4.5 out of 5. (Rounding up to 5 for the sake of desertcart’s review service.) It left me shocked and wanting more, which is exactly what it needed to do.
Review: All the feels - Another great issue making me want to scream and cry. I don't know if I'm ready to know how this is going to end. I want Chloe and Max together. I want everyone in Arcadia bay to be alive too!!! So many feels.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect

Well written. It’s true to the characters. The first comic is all intros and the 2nd and 3rd are where it takes off and sucks you in. Can’t wait for the 4th to come out. I wish I had 20 to read.
