These are actually quite effective at relaxing the mind. They have a similar effect to me as ashwagandha. When I take these, I can feel my cortisol/adrenaline drop via increased visualization ability. As an artist - this is important. I remove one star because I need to take 3 to notice a difference, so not very potent. They seem to kick in 30 minutes - an hour depending on your stomach.
