Well Made, ergonomic
Love this leash, I really like how it "locks", just 1 finger. I also ordered the poop bag accessory and the attachable LED light, Love It! The Light is awesome, don't have fumble around with my phone at night for a light, plus, I have positioned the light so it's always lighting the area of the dog when walking at night. I have Zero complaints about it. Best leash I have owned to date!

Awesome!
Finally a dog leash that is well built and works well. We have gone thru several prior to finding this one. The others broke or quit working in a very short period of time. The Flexi New Comfort is the heat.

No longer retracts"
Bought this "tape" Flexi 16' retractable in June for our Schnauzer. Last couple of weeks (currently December, 6 months later) the tape no longer retracts fully into the unit. It binds and gets twisted up. The previous Flexi leash we had with a retractable cord lasted about 10 years. Very disappointed.
