I've been using them for over a month 2-3 times day for 30 minutes each time. I sometimes wear them while walking to work and no one can see them under my dress pants and they stay on without worry. They are great, I wish I had bought these long ago! After 4-6 weeks of use the one side of the cold pack that has fabric is starting to rip away and will eventually fall off altogether. It's the protective covering so you can place it directly on your skin. I'm not sure what I'll do when this happens, might have to find cloth to put there instead or order a replacement. otherwise these have been great! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Teriiffic but Careful Not to Overheat!- Boom! *by A***N on November 24, 2013* These are great when they don't blow up in your microwave. When I set a 1100watt microwave to the recommended 1 minute it does not get hot enough. When I set it for 90 seconds its starts to balloon and may or may not explode in the microwave.I've used these with much success for years but I have had a few explode on me. I was told the inner gel was non toxic and I have also had these leak after much use, but I have tried almost every heating product this size on the market and this is the most comfortable. I heat for a minute and let the outer shell cool for 10 seconds than heat for another 30 seconds and have a nic comfortable soothing and healing pack.Recommended by watch the clock! They can be terrific! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great heating pad but bad cover *by R***Y on November 8, 2012* The pad heats up great and provides the heat needed. The only issue is with the cloth cover. It is difficult to fasten the strap snug. Also, since there are two 1" strips on the brown part, if you move around at all it can come lose. I threw away the cover and used one that has a strap that is the same width as the heating pad.
