When you made your Christmas pudding could you leave them in the bowels till you use them

Can these be used in an Instant Pot pressure cooker please?

Hi Tamsie Thank you for your question. You can use our Basins in a Pressure Cooker but unsure about an Instant Pot Pressure Cooker as the temperature maybe too server. Some info that maybe useful for you. Our Basins are ideal for Boiling, Microwave, Pressure Cooker, Industrial Steamers, Freezer and Dishwasher. DO NOT use in an Conventional Oven - UNLESS you are using Bain-Marie method in the oven, then the temperature MUST NOT go above 160 degrees and MUST be kept topped up with water for steam. DO NOT ALLOW BAIN-MARIE TO BOIL DRY. The basins can stand boiling in a pan for many hours. DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL DRY The basin lids can stay on during process. DO NOT wrap them with cling film or similar as the lids are designed not to be airtight, this allows the puddings to rise. Happy Pudding Making

These have a variety of uses,& having dexterity problems find this a lightweight container to weigh up ingredients when baking,plus a god sized steamed pudding.Gave 3 stars as very disappointed not recyclable.
