Delivery company DPD informed me of date & time which was very helpful. The item was really easy to put together once pieces were accounted for & Phillips screwdriver was in hand. The instructions are a must to follow for ease of putting the product together. I am really impressed with the quality & the sturdiness of this item. My cat along with trying to help me build it, is completely enthralled with her new scratching post activity centre. So I am pleased with my purchase which I feel is a great price for the build quality & my cat is delighted also. I would highly recommend this item for price & quality. I will definately use this seller again for future purchases. ### ⭐⭐ Poor Quality Product *by A***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 March 2019* I bought this cat tree for an adult cat, as was very impressed by the reviews and it was not too expensive. Unfortunately, I regret to have purchased this product. The quality of the wood seems to be good, but that of the sisal and the wood cover material is quite poor. On top of that, the assembly instructions are pathetic, and some of the wood pieces were missing a few holes, which you have to do yourself. I have purchased four other cat trees in the past, and this one is by far the worst. I would recommend to pay a bit more but get a decent product with better quality instead. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for the price *by S***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 February 2019* Pros - big enough for my adult cats. Fairly solid. Cats like it. Arrived on 21st Feb which was earlier than the expected date of 26 Feb to 2 March. Very good price. Cons - instructions were poor. Eventually used the photos from Amazon to put it together. We had to glue down some of the fleece covering, which is quite thin and came detached from the base board.
