My only complain is about the bite valve. As it is not round, it is difficult for it to come at the right angle inside your mouth, so you'll have to exert extra pressure on it to align it, which is not as comfortable as it can be. Is not a deal breaker though. I took it to a music festival and so glad I did. It has small flap over pockets on the hip straps that fit you phone and wallet beautiful so it is at a easy reach. Has 3 major zippers for bigger items such as sun screen or a few extra shirts or a pair of sweat pants. It also has a super convenient expandable helmet pouch that I used for my hoodie that was rolled up. And last but not least you cant for get about the 3 Liters of water that is sitting on you back so comfortably while I was bouncing around dancing to music, which I filled I believe twice and everyone else had to leave the viewing are to go fill up while I was enjoying my spot.
