Plugs straight into the ipod dock under the central arm rest. I had one of those bluetooth FM transmitters before. This is so much better. It stays plugged in and automatically connects to my phone. Has much better sound quality than going through FM radio signal and I can skip tracks on the steering wheel now. No track info displayed, maybe because I'm on android.
