Very happy with item

I like the product.... when it's working. I've had two of them that work great with excellent sound quality and easy installation. But for some reason, about a month or two after installation they suddenly stop working. On my first one, I put too much tension on the cord and it broke. Might have been my fault or might have been a faulty cord. I'm about to pull the second one out and see if I can see any problems. That will determine if I purchase a replacement. Good luck.

I needed a replacement cabine mic for the BT hands-free in my motorhome...the one provided with it was very low-quality.This one plugged right in and works great.

Great mic installed on dash out of plain view works great no complaints from parties on other end of calls hear me nice and clear

Did not work with my Dial car stereo set and even made the stereo set unusable when it was hooked up to it. Waste of money.
