Whitmor Freestanding Garment Rack

I bought this rack to use in my utility room to hanger dry clothes that I couldn't hang outside. It works great! No failures, no wobbles, no collapses. The only problem I have had with it and probably wouldn't have had it if I'd been paying attention, is that it popped apart when I tried to lift it to move it with clothes on it. I'm sure this problem can be solved by discretely drilling some small holes in the tubing and using some small sheet metal screws to secure it. Otherwise, it is easy to put together and I would have given it five stars on sturdiness if it hadn't popped apart when lifted. It does hold a washer load of wet clothing without problems, including jeans and heavier fleece jackets. I've never tested it to see how much it would hold before it tips but that isn't what I bought it for. It does what it's advertised to do at a great price! This is a great unit for the price and as long as you don't abuse it, it will serve you well.

My drying rack is missing screws and nuts. But I was able to find screws and nuts for it. It’s a great drying rack and very sturdy.

I like this because it does the job. It was easy to assemble. I like how the edges has a stopper thing so the hangers do not slide off. But the rack leaned over. Not a lot, but enough to bother me. So I had my brother tighten it and I took off clothes (I had it packed, initially). That helped. This is my first purchase of any clothing rack. I would repurchase since I'm in a temporary living situation. This would have been good for my college days, too.

I absolutely love how you didn’t need ANY tools to put this together. I always get my boyfriend to assemble things for me, but there was no need for him to this time. It took me 10-15 minutes to assemble!

Did the job, a bit to assemble .. I had an easier one before this one had for parts .. not sturdy at all . I hung clothes and it started tipping over . Took some off and it was still moving and tipped over again . Doubt it’s my clothes and hangers . Not too sturdy . But ..... I paid around $15 so explains it lol

If you want to see your clothes on the floor all the time, get this one... It's the most instable rack I have ever bought. It doesn't matter if you have 1 or 10 pieces on it... It will fall, it will lean forward and the top pieces will always come off when trying to move it. Don't waste your money.

I looked for a clothing rack for quite some time and I wanted a sleek design that can hold my pretty clothes. I have 24 wooden hangers on it and there is room for more. I also have 4 pair of shoes sitting at the bottom. I was hesitant to buy because it is cheap and I wanted something sturdy but I took a chance and it is perfect. I looked all over and am so happy I have this one.

This is a great product if you are only using it temporarily, like for laundry that your hanging up as it's coming out of the washer or dryer then moving the items to another location. If you put much weight on the rack, it will fall over. I have tried several methods to keep it upright, but nothing works for any length of time. (I bought it to hold my school uniforms separate from my other clothing) It's going to the recycle store soon!

Es muy práctico, sólo que con el peso tiende a ladearse un poco porque no tiene mucho soporte, en mi caso sólo tengo aprox 25 blazers colgados

When it came, the rack's parts were all over the place and not labelled properly, which is obviously frustrating. For anyone looking to hang literal pieces of fiber, this is the rack for you. Even just a couple t-shirts on this thing and it's the leaning tower of piza. ....But the white bars make my room aesthetically pleasing now...
