Brother service men wont give any guarantee if u buy this online. However seller promised a replacement if anything happens to motor within 1 year. Overall Its quite good one. Very user friendly. easy to use for beginner too.

A good machine for the price.. the features are amazing. Only one thing I found negative is its not as strong to stitch thick cloths. Can stitch thick cloths in 2 layers maximum. But when we fold and stitch and when there are more than 3 layers of cloth the machine wont be able to work on it.. otherwise the best in class for the price..

I have bought Brother gs2700 sewing machine online on Amazon.in from dc retail. I ordered this machine on 21st august 2017 and received it on 31st august. This machine is defected. Not working properly. Your customer care executive gave me the number of some mechachanic. He asked me to goto local mechanic. I paid some amount there but they told me that there is manufacturing defect in machine. I want to return this machine. Very frustrated.

I bought this product for my mother, now she is doing a lot of work with it. its easy to use. it also has a dvd disk which shows how to operate the product. the best thing is that its easy to carry from place to place and not much noisier like the other ones. there are a wide variety of styles.
