Bumble Bee Snack On The Run! Ham Salad Kit

I got these for my college kid as a surprise, as two days of the week, his class schedule makes it difficult to get lunch. He liked them just fine.

It's the fastest, easiest snack ever. Good tasting ham salad and crisp crackers. I'm buying more.

I'm used to the Tuna one but I thought about trying another one and just didn't like it. I'm sure other people would like the flavor since it had to do more with personal preference than the product being expired or something like that.

The Tuna and the Chicken snack kits are pretty good- very convenient, taste ok. What could go wrong? Ham. Ham can go wrong. The consistency is...not good. The ham pieces are tiny cubes so it's basically gloop. Flavor-wise, it's also aggressively mayo-y. I thought that maybe I could make palatable by adding my own seasonings or using a flavored chip. Nope. The flavor of the salad overwhelms everything. ...but at least it's filling?

It was oddly very sweet and when we checked it had 4 grams of added sugar. The texture was really off-putting too. I can't explain it but it was kind of slimey yet really chunky. I don't recommend this at all

I love these for a quick and easy snack. They're proving to be very difficult to find in any of my grocery stores. I'm hoping that doesn't mean they'll be discontinued!
