The lower the "K" value of a light bulb's temperature output the more warm (yellowish) the light is supposed to appear. I have no way to measure Kelvin scale, and I have no reason to doubt the manufacture's claim that these bulbs are rated at 2700K. But, 2700K still appears plenty on the white-ish spectrum. The bulbs themselves are fine. I like the vintage look. The bulbs are bright, really too bright for what I'd prefer. 2w LED is supposed to be equivalent to around a 15w incandescent bulb. By itself 15w may not be a lot of light, but on a string with a couple dozen other 15w bulbs; there's a lot of light emitted. We purchased a dimmer pack (sold elsewhere on Amazon) and that allows the bulbs to be run at 25% (which is still more than enough light) power. The bulbs are plastic and I haven't had any break. Nor have any gone out after a long summer of regular use. Over all, these are good, but wish they were even warmer, and half the brightness.

They look awesome and like they will stand the test of time. I wish they weren't as bright, I feel like I'm on display.

So far they have withstood a hailstorm and constant wind whipping them and have held up like Champs. Perfect lighting for the 20 x 20 area outside

These light are just like the ones that came with the string lights I bought. I have no complaints at all, they function just like the original ones.

One of the bulbs was broken when the box arrived. I should have returned them, but didn’t take the time to. They are not good for ceiling lights at all. I would only recommend them for lamps.
