Review: Great flavour, natural ingredients, and the right texture - This biltong tastes excellent. The seasoning is well balanced- savoury with just the right amount of salt, and the cuts are a good size with very little fat. The texture is chewy as it should be, but not tough or difficult to eat. It’s also reassuring to see that the ingredients are mostly natural, aside from potassium sorbate as a preservative, which is still milder than many others. I bought this while looking for genuine, quality biltong, after finding out that the stuff I purchased from Tesco "Jack Links" uses harmful preservatives and artificial flavourings... Overall, a high-quality snack with great flavour and consistency.

A: Yes it is orgasmic

**Q: Once opened, how long does it stay good for?**
A: I personally divide the large bags, repack into smaller vacuum pac bags ( approx 100g each), otherwise I'd say a week at room temp or 3 to 4 weeks refrigerated. I prefer to open a fresh batch each time and consume within a day or two, I recommend a vac PAC machine also handy for fish/ meat/poultry when on offer to freeze....I want comission for this please Amazon lol...and whoever you are have a great day 👍

This biltong tastes excellent. The seasoning is well balanced- savoury with just the right amount of salt, and the cuts are a good size with very little fat. The texture is chewy as it should be, but not tough or difficult to eat. It’s also reassuring to see that the ingredients are mostly natural, aside from potassium sorbate as a preservative, which is still milder than many others. I bought this while looking for genuine, quality biltong, after finding out that the stuff I purchased from Tesco "Jack Links" uses harmful preservatives and artificial flavourings... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good biltong, for the UK

This is a good biltong, for the UK. It comes well packaged. The consistency was a little wetter than what you would typically get back home, although there is very little of the edge fat which usually accompanies the wetter biltong, and also adds so much flavour. The quality of the meat is good with no hard or gristly bits that so often find their way into the pre-packaged biltongs here. I find the spicing and flavour quite good and to my taste, my wife however finds it a bit too spicy for her taste so its subjective I suppose. Overall its a good biltong for here in the UK, I'd have liked it either a bit drier or to have little more fat on it if it retained the current wetness, but the overall flavour is good and I would recommend it.
