Per their service department, I purchased a new 3rd party power supply and replaced it myself. It cost around $40 or $50. For the last 6 months after replacing the supply, the unit has been perfect without a single bad DVD. I switched from Verbatim to Plex Discs which seem to work better. Original review below. Mine worked great for a year and 4 months. When I turned it on today the display lights up for about half a second then goes out and the machine is dead. I tried leaving it unplugged for a while and trying it again but no luck. It looks like it is powering up but quickly dies. I sell around 300 CDs every month or so, before this duplicator I was using a computer with 3 drives and having to babysit burning that would take HOURS, now I can burn about 33 discs in 30 minutes or less, insanely good burn times and the machine is very easy to use. Plex makes great CDs so it’s no wonder their disc duplicator is also great. Works great! *by R***S on May 31, 2015* This is EXACTLY what I WANTED and NEEDED. It copies as many as 11 discs (CDs and DVDs) at one pass. It is perfectly automatic. Turn on power. Put in master disc and all the copy bays open automatically. Insert blank discs and close bays and it starts copying automatically. Gives a report at conclusion how many were copied correctly and how many had errors. The only errors I have received is when a non blank disc was inserted by mistake. I highly recommend this duplicator! Looks nice.
