Mine didn't either. I just sprinkle a small amount over her food daily. If you do want an actual measuring thing, you can fine some nice stainless steel ones for a couple dollars here on Amazon.

Is the calcium from animals or is this product vegan?

I have no idea. You would have to ask the mfg. I thought my AG parrot might need calcium as they are known for that. I haven’t noticed any diffeence and hopefully she is getting the calcium she needs. Thank
