Review: Helpful guide - Helpful guide Review: This book is terrible - The book arrived in perfect condition. However, the format of the practice tests vary from the actual test. The passages in the the reading section are much longer than the actual SAT and the no. of evidence based questions are much fewer than the actual test. The writing section is completely confusing. The pages are very crowded. The book probably won't do much help to increase the score.

Bad explanation for Writing Section, confusing questions, thus a bad reflection of the real test
Despite the level of difficulty in the reading section, the book offers terrible explanations, especially for the writing section. "Grammatically correct and make sense" are found all over the place. If it simply "make[s] sense", why do we need to look at the explanation? Moreover, the questions are usually off and do not reflect the real tests. There are always some questions in every practice test that are badly written and just try to confuse students, rather than encourage them to logically work to find the correct answer.
