Is the ramp at the back of the hauler able to connect any track parts

Yes you can connect to the rear and also to the top front/rear loading with the correct Hot Wheels track parts. Allot of fun..

Isn’t this supposed to come with a few cars too?

No it doesnt come with any. Theres a piece of card with pictures of cars on to immitate where else they can be stored on the toy.
