Does this taste minty at all?

No. It's a rather pleasant clove flavour. Dentyl also do a mint flavoured version which is green/blue rather than red/blue; I've always found it less effective than the clove flavour as a breath freshener. It also doesn't 'disclose' as well when you spit it out because the colour contrast isn't as clear.

What exactly are the pink bits in the sink? I used the clove one after brushing

As far as I'm aware the pink and blue part's of mouthwash are mixed together prior to useage the "Bit's are solid form"of mouthwash to give a sparkly affect for show and are not dangerous to use the Bit's in sink are slower than liquid to wash away.

Why can my son use his mouthwash and there's no smell?

Because they're very mild smelling. Or have you checked he's really using it?! 😏😅

Is this Mouthwash free from Gluten?

Its key ingredient is Cetylpyridinium Chloride (CPC), which disrupts the membrane – the fatty outer layer – of the bacteria.
