Strong and reliable solution for fixing car gadgets.
Probably the best solution for fixing car cameras and other gadgets. Strong 2M glue is heat-resistant and reliably holds cameras, phones, and other ítems in place.

So far this has worked well. But wish I had found one a little larger in diameter. I phone 6 & 6 plus for example are heavy with case. The larger the disk you use, the more area used as the primary anchor point. Had to clean dash three times with alcohol wipes and I am sure this is normal. A standard size suction cup will use all the diameter on this unit.

Perfect for what I need.
I've recently purchased a dash cam for my car. The best location (behind the mirror towards the passenger side) has black dot sunshade on it so the suction cup isn't very effective. The box came with two. *Make sure you have the correct size. The suction cup has ~1mm on either side and this is perfect for the suction cup I used. When in doubt get the bigger size. *The adhesive foam part is black or a very dark grey when viewed from outside and is very inconspicuous *Tilt one side down when attaching to minimize bubbles.

These only work if the stick...they don't.
Bought these to adhere a holder to my dashboard. The dash is sort of a pebble finish ( Chevy Silverado ) so a suction cup won't adhere...These were supposedly the solution...cleaned the dash area with alcohol, stuck the disk...waited a bit...attached the suction cup and the disk came right off...Useless.

Quality control is hit and miss
First two, the suction surface was glossy smooth and devices suction cups stuck well. Last set was more of a satin finish and devices suction cups don’t stick hardly at all. I had to polish the surface to get suction cups to suction well enough to work reasonably well

Works great for dash cams. Will bond to any window and hold a good amount of weight.
I tried everything from gorilla glue, super glue, and epoxy on my window to mount my dash cam. Using this directly on the window and then using the suction cup from the dash cam onto this disc is by far the best way to do business.
