Does it include the software, if so which one?

It does come with drivers but you will want to go to Zebra's website and download the latest. If you mean software to print, you don't need software. We print labels from office programs, word, excel, or access. It's a printer, you can print from any program, you just need to configure the layout for the size of label you are printing and just print to it like any other printer.

NOPE!

We have yet to print a label with a barcode that will scan. We've ribbon printed and thermal printed, tried large, medium and small labels, all to no avail. Now we have endless boxes of labels and ribbons and an expensive printer that are all useless. We switched to a date code genie printer which works perfectly.
