Looks Promising. Good Packaging
Iโve just received the product today. Iโll have to use it for a while before I can comment on the products efficacy. But it looks promising. Iโve seen product reviews complaining about product packaging. Iโm happy to tell you Iโve received my package safe and sound. They ensured the packaging remained secure by wrapping the container in some sort of a thick soft plastic wrap. Looks like they are correcting their previous mistakes. That wrap did its job. The container has about 3/4 filled with powder. The rest of the container is empty. The container was well sealed. So no foul play there. So thatโs just the way it is. More spacey container without compromising on product quantity. I hope the quality is up to the mark. Will make an edit later after usage if Amazon allows it. I hope this has been helpful. This worked very well for me! After taking it I would sleep more soundly and even started having dreams again

SIMPLE, SWEET, AND SEEMS TO HELP WITH SLEEP
Iโve had a good experience with Glycine Powder. It mixes well and has a slightly sweet taste, which makes it easy to take before bed. Not sure if itโs placebo, but I feel like Iโve been sleeping better since using it. My Apple Watch sleep scores have been solid too. Overall, simple and effective.
