A: No  must be an extremely long sweep.

**Q: Is this clear enough for residential sewage pipes where roots tend to get stuck in there? Hoping to take a look before the sewer line gets stuck again**
A: Yes. It has a very clear picture as long as the sewer line is not holding water. If the camera head is submerged in “murky” water visibility is very limited until the debris settles. You are also able to control the brightness of the LED lights. This enables you to attempt to get better visual.

I bought this camera for my company. I hardly used it. shows good picture. Where the lens and cable attach together it separated. Now I am stuck with this sewer camera. I pay for warranty with Asurion from Amazon and now I am going through hell. . It is still brand new. Do not buy this sewer camera. I used it less than ten time. They want me to pay for shipping. I am going to a lot of crap. Camera is CRAP, customer services is CRAP, Shipping that I have to pay is CRAP, Talk to people that is hard to understand "That is CARP." Try to talk to someone from this company "That is CARP." They took my money and ran with it, 'That is CARP." Don't be were am at..."That is definitely CRAPPY for me.!!!!!"
