Bought these as sort of a “gag gift” for a co-workers birthday. They downgraded our disposable utensils in the lunch room to ones that are completely useless and her and I complained about them all the time so I thought these would be the perfect gift. They are quality nice useable utensils and we get that added glitter just to make them even more amusing to us. They could easily fit in to any normal party setting as well like a birthday, shower, casual wedding, etc. I would definitely recommend.

The silver glitter is not overdone and doesn't bring to mind the disco--it's subtle, but there. These are very sturdy and if so inclined, could be washed and re-used, definitely. These, used with cups with similar silver glitter were a great pairing. The glitter is internal and you cannot feel the texture of glitter at all. The glitter is also very fine, hence subtle and not garish.
